Clients and Issues That Fall Outside my Area of Practice
If you are unsure about whethe you fall into any of these categories, please feel free to get in touch and I would be happy to discuss. I may also be able to recommend colleagues and other practitioners who specialise in these areas.

I am unable to with clients who are living with an active eating disorder, however I am able to work with ‘Disordered Eating’, which involves issues around food that do not amount to an eating disorder or people who have previously experienced an Eating Disorder, which is no longer actively impacting daily life.

I am not currently accepting referrals for work with children/under 18s.

Upcoming Group
I am starting a new group, specifically for those in helping professions/roles (e.g., teachers, medical/health professionals, support workers, carers, etc.) from the 1st of July '26, which will meet weekly on Wedesndays from 6pm-8pm, in-person in central Southampton at a cost of £45/week.
Duration: Open-Ended
